In a sales context, "satisfying" often translates to "agreeing with the user." When a customer asks a leading question—"This jacket is fully waterproof, right?"—the AI faces a conflict.

  • Training:

    "I need to be helpful and confirm the user's intent."

Why RAG Alone Isn't Enough
